CHENEY TO SPEAK NEXT MONTH

Richard Cheney, the former chairman of global PR firm Hill and Knowlton Inc. (New York), will deliver the Institute for Public Relations Research and Education's (IPRR&E) annual "Distinguished Lecture" next month in New York. Cheney, who began formal study of psychology after stepping down from his H&K post several years ago, will look at the relationship between public relations, interpersonal communication and behavior change at the Oct. 9 evening event, which is held each year at the Union League Club in Manhattan.
