Changes in Store for Rolling Stone

Music bible Rolling Stone has changed its editorial staff (letting go of Robert Love, managing editor) and will be making editorial changes to stave off stiff competition in
music publishing. According to execs, the magazine's focus on long feature articles will be changed. The pub is also seeking an editor who can bring a more focused approach to the
news in order to appeal to younger readers. (Evidently the Britney generation has a short attention span.) (Jann Wenner, 212/484-1616)
