Book Reviews Go Virtual

Major papers (including The New York Times, The Boston Globe and The Philadelphia Inquirer) have slashed their book reviews recently, making pitching a book tougher than ever.
But according to an article from Wired News (http://www.wired.com), book reviews online are growing in number and credibility. Amazon's top
reviewer ([email protected]), for instance, has more clout with consumers than many syndicated newspapers,
some book publicists say. Other sites where a review could score big: Allreaders.com, and the BookReport Network (http://www.bookreporter.com).
