Maureen Huff, Vice President, Public Relations, Time Warner Cable

Maureen serves as the company’s spokesperson for all video programming and content acquisition, including new video platforms like TV Everywhere, the Time Warner Cable TV app and Video on Demand. She also heads Time Warner Cable’s marketing, sponsorships, event promotions and TWC Media. She oversees the development and execution of PR strategies for the company’s more than 50 local news, lifestyle and sports channels, including the flagship, NY1, as well as three regional sports networks.

Maureen’s critical success is not driven by any single PR campaign or issue that she has led, but rather through the everyday demands of her position as the company’s spokesperson for all of Time Warner Cable’s video products. Time Warner Cable consistently rolls out new and updated video platforms, as well as programing for customers, and Maureen is in the center of it all. Importantly, Maureen is the main PR representative when the company enters retransmission consent negotiations. During these times, when tensions can sometimes run high, Maureen maintains her trademark patience and fortitude and keeps her team focused on getting Time Warner Cable’s message out to the public.
