To be eligible, the spokesperson must have been quoted while speaking on behalf of the company or organization between October 1st, 2004 and September 30th, 2005. The spokesperson may be any individual within or without the company or organization who has spoken to the media as a representative of the company or organization.
Are there any binder specifications?
No, there are no binder specifications when sending your entry.

Who is eligible to win an award?
All non-profit organizations and/or their PR firms in the US and abroad are eligible to apply for the non-profit award categories. Not-for-Profit includes associations, nonprofits, NGOs, government organizations and nonprofit healthcare and educational institutions.
All publicly and privately-held companies and their PR firms in the US and abroad are eligible to apply for the for-profit company award categories.
Where and when will the reception be held?
Award winners will be notified in early November.
The not-for-profit winners will be honored on November 30th, 2005 during the Awards Reception at The National Press Club in Washington, DC.
The for-profit winners will be honored on December 7th, 2005 during the Awards Reception at the Reuters building in Manhattan.
What are the Deadlines?
Entry Deadline: October 3, 2005 (postmarked)
Late Entry Deadline: October 10, 2005 (postmarked)
Entries postmarked between October 4, 2005 and October 10, 2005, please add a late fee for each entry.
