Jeanette Naranjo is a key player for RockOrange’s high-profile client, Burger King, where she interacts on a daily basis with senior executives.
Last year, she interviewed with RockOrange on a Monday, was hired on Wednesday, came in to fill out paperwork on Thursday, and was on a flight to Vegas Friday morning to Burger King’s Annual Franchisee North America Convention.
Naranjo had very little time to debrief on the weeklong convention, which is one of the most important events for the company every year, and she had even less time to learn anything at all about the brand. But, she was committed, didn’t hesitate and was able to jump right in to review speeches with top executives and assist the team to execute a flawless program for over 1,600 franchisees that attended.
Naranjo is mainly responsible for managing BK’s voice and managing all internal communications, including Burger King's communications intranet, BK Gateway, which faces over 13, 000 employees and franchisees. She is responsible for delivering content regarding sensitive employee communications as well as company operation news for franchisees and leading select external communications.
Naranjo is incredibly diligent and efficient. She follows directions well, but more importantly, she also takes initiative and asks the right questions to help solve a problem. She never meets expectations—she always exceeds them.
