Sarah Chavey currently serves as the Public Relations Director for ANTHEMIC Agency (previously FILTER Creative Group), a global marketing and communications company. Quickly growing within the agency, she was promoted from coordinator to account manager to department manager in the space of just three years, and now leads the department as the Public Relations Director of the company.
Chavey led PR efforts surrounding the launch of Guitar Center’s 2014 national campaign titled “All We Sell is the Greatest Feeling on Earth.” The goal of this campaign was to feature beloved and iconic artists – such as The Roots' Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson, Metallica's James Hetfield and EDM star Steve Aoki – in broadcast, print, digital and OOH promoting a message that celebrates the common thread all musicians share - the simple joy they receive from the act of playing a musical instrument. Under Chavey’s management, the campaign garnered national media attention with features in Adweek and New York Times.
Major anniversary events included a Grand Opening of a Guitar Center store in Times Square, a media day in which select members of the press spent the day communicating with Guitar Center executives about the state of the company, and a concert in New York City with The Roots.
