After 10 years of service, employees receive four-weeks paid vacation and $5,000 to spend on their personal "trip of a lifetime.” Following a recent change in health insurance provider, a Wellness Program has been implemented, which supports a healthy lifestyle. Part of this is routine exercise, monitored through a Fit Bit. In support of the program and healthy living, DEVENEY is offering a stipend to team members who purchase a Fit Bit.
A gym membership reimbursement policy is currently in the works. This is another result of DEVENEY’s annual CHARGE retreat where senior management listened to team members’ wants and concerns and will create actual changes.
In addition, all DEVENEY team members are encouraged to pursue professional development. Opportunities have included attending conferences, speaking at seminars and sharing knowledge internally with the rest of DEVENEY.
