She consistently pushes the boundaries to develop new products and offerings that solve clients’ business needs, including real-time dashboards for Warner Bros. Home Video, influencer engagement programming for General Mills and digital strategies for Michaels Arts & Crafts.
A passionate team motivator, Nordstrom directly manages and mentors team members in Los Angeles and across WCG’s “long hallway.” She counsels and advises key members on the analytics and engagement teams and all else who work on her accounts. Her management style moves her team to produce their best work, keeping clients happy and fulfilled. Beyond her work at WCG, she volunteers her time in a public relations leadership capacity for non-profits like the Junior League of Los Angeles and ForwardLA.
