Lindsey Bastani has always got something up her sleeve—on any given day, in fact, you might catch her talking with anyone from CFDA to CNET to hatch new ideas. In 2012, as Microsoft prepared for the biggest product launch season in its history, Bastani led the charge on creating a new, 360-degree integrated marketing approach for the Holiday 2012 campaign.
In addition, over the past year, Bastani has been at the forefront of an agency wide push to incorporate consumer insights into strategic planning for communication campaigns. The goal is to evolve the agency and the PR discipline as a whole by blending advertising and anthropological approaches into the PR planning process. To achieve this, Bastani has partnered with the agency Learning & Development team to develop the curriculum for a Strategic Planning Seminar that is now being offered to top agency talent.
