Chris Giallanza’s experience spans a variety of industries and tactics, such as piloting merchandising campaigns, leading international business-to-business campaigns and influencing local legislation. At MSLGROUP, Giallanza spearheads content-driven storytelling initiatives for The Home Depot and dedicates time to local philanthropic efforts. Giallanza has helped execute more than 25 award-winning campaigns throughout his career, including seven recognitions in 2012 alone.
One of his greatest accomplishments came in 2011, as he ignited positive change against domestic sex trafficking. Giallanza bolstered awareness about the issue’s magnitude and the plight of victims and secured a place for the organization at a congressional hearing focused on the issue. As a result, mounting pressure from a growing coalition of advocates helped inspire Craigslist to remove its highly profitable “Adult Services” section.
