SAP has established itself as an employer of choice, regularly scoring high in rankings of top tech companies to work for and in Glassdoor’s listings. But less well known is its deep-rooted commitment to corporate social responsibility, which filters throughout the organization.
This year, SAP won PR News’ Digital PR Award for the cornerstone of its CSR efforts, its annual CSR report. This report was designed to motivate, record progress and engage a year-round, interactive conversation with stakeholders—most importantly, with its employees.
SAP’s corporate social responsibility platform, “to help build better communities,” is aligned to the SAP vision: “SAP makes the world run better.” SAP’s CSR strategy aims to create a legacy of social commitment.
To reach this goal, the company is inspiring and engaging its nearly 50,000 employees to give what they are best at giving: their skills, their commitment and their compassion.
