Capitalizing on her past experience working as a producer for CNN's Washington bureau, Lauren Pratapas has played a pivotal role in shaping Washington, D.C.'s perception of Story Partners' roster of political clients. She has secured hits with D.C. power players including CNN’s The Situation Room and convened a "Reporter Breakfast" for a client, which included attendance from multiple top-tier print outlets including the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Washington Post and the Atlantic, as well as producers from the major networks including Fox News, ABC, NBC's Chuck Todd and CNN.
During Pratapas’ first month in her new role as senior director, she planned and executed a red carpet event at Washington D.C.'s Warner Theatre for one of Story Partners' clients. Several hundred of Washington's biggest influences from Capitol Hill, K Street, federal agencies and the media were present.
