After graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota, Laura Clementi joined Carmichael Lynch Spong as an intern. She received a promotion in less than two years and now serves some of the agency’s largest clients, including Sherwin-Williams and Trane. According to Carmichael Lynch Spong, there’s no better example than Clementi of a SWAN: Smart, Work ethic, Ambitious and Nice—the qualities the company looks for in its employees.

Clementi worked with agency partners to bring Sherwin-Williams’ product and program announcements from the NeoCon trade show in Chicago to life on Facebook and other social media platforms such as Twitter. As a result, NeoCon messages reached 1,771 Sherwin-Williams Facebook fans. — MT
