Since launching in late 2011 Finn Partners has racked up a diverse array of clients, ranging from Blue Cross Blue Shield to Hyundai to Google Lunar X Prize. Indeed, the agency’s model of fostering true partnerships helped Finn Partners to attract new business at a rate of 36% in 2012.
Developing strong bonds with clients starts in-house. The agency offers myriad human resources and cultural initiatives designed to promote employee satisfaction and wellness among the agency’s 237 employees working in six U.S. offices. These initiatives include wellness subsidies, profit sharing bonus programs for all employees, remote-work policies, mentoring programs and team retreats.
But the proof is in the pudding, as Finn in the last year has helped to produce some wildly successful PR campaigns. For example, Hyundai’s Hope on Wheels celebrated Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month by presenting donation checks totaling more than $10 million to 42 hospitals across the U.S. while Blue Cross Blue Shield’s “An Apple A Day” online initiative garnered more than 500,000 page views.
The agency has already started to expand and acquire new PR disciplines. In 2012 Finn acquired both travel agency M. Silver and Associates and Healy & Schultz, which specializes in association and professional services PR.
