Winner: The Case Foundation - Are You Ready to Change the World?
With its “Are You Ready to Change the World?" initiative, The Case Foundation sought to inspire consumers to do good, promote and raise awareness about select nonprofits that are being fearless in their social sector impact, and elevate the thought-leadership of the Case Foundation among social sector practitioners.
The strategy involved creating a video inspired by the popular Google Zeitgeist video that recapped the "good" that took place in 2014 and used it to inspire viewers to do even more in 2015. The video integrated compelling content, audio and visuals to entertain viewers, while also sharing an important social good message.
The team selected a vendor who could create the vision of a video to inspire social good. The team and its video partner then worked together to leverage the latest video animation techniques to highlight stories and partners curated by the Case Foundation team.
The Case Foundation celebrated the debut of the video by awarding $25,000 in grants to various nonprofits featured in the video. The video was shared with partners, peers and constituents in a concentrated roll out.
The video was ultimately a success as it netted more than 6 million organic impressions on Twitter in the period between Jan. 12-25, 2015.
