Winner: Nerium International — Individually Taking Responsibility, Collectively Changing the World

Nerium International has made a positive impact on the community and industry through its culture and company vision of "Making People Better." The company, founded in 2011, influences the community with its Big Brothers Big Sisters partnership, spear-heading a major fundraising effort in 2012 and 2013. In 2014, with a goal of impacting as many children’s lives as possible and becoming the largest corporate sponsor, Nerium achieved, the goal of raising over $1 million for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Nerium’s million dollar gift is providing life-changing mentoring services for over 1,000 at-risk children.

Not only did Nerium achieve the goal of raising $1 million in gifts to BBBS in 2014, the company exceeded that goal by more than $200,000 before the end of October. Nerium generated a grand total of nearly $1,100,000 through planned efforts including the Bowl for Kids’ Sake events, record-breaking product sales and The Ripple Wheel.
