Naomi is a powerful storyteller with strong media relationships and the ability to shape a company’s public identity. She’s passionate about issues and initiatives PR and leads campaigns for Microsoft Corporate Citizenship. She believes businesses are realizing that “doing good” is critical for the bottom line, and communications plays a key role in raising awareness of what corporations are doing to give back to the world.

YouthSpark is Microsoft’s three-year global commitment to connect 300 million youth with greater opportunities for education, entrepreneurship and employment. She helps families discover free resources so young people can learn, launch startups and find careers, positioning Microsoft as creating a brighter future for young people. Over the past year, Naomi has helped pivot the communications strategy from focusing on government elite and nonprofit audiences to having a strong central focus on consumers — youth, parents and teachers. This shift in storytelling approach allowed Microsoft to establish itself as a trusted resource for those audiences, especially in the areas of STEM and computer science education, as well as a passionate champion of young people and a corporation that is committed to helping shape a positive future. Naomi led her team to secure top-tier media placements with Teen Vogue, MTV Act, Family Circle, and more.
