Jennifer has made quite a name for herself through her trustworthiness and proactive style of thinking; not to mention growing client relationships of all budget sizes. On top of client work, she helps with company-side initiatives such as supporting an employee communications platform — which she helped develop in her spare time — jumping in to help with the company’s U.S. sustainability report and assisting with, and in some cases, driving new business. What is perhaps most remarkable is that Jennifer seamlessly balances career with personal obligations. She is a wife and mother of young twin boys. But that hasn’t stopped her from progressing — as a matter of fact, her personal and professional lives enhance and motivate each other.
Jennifer is a core member of the team that conceived, developed and launched the highly successful internal communications platform called H+K Exchange. The online blog-style intranet replaced the old internal employee email newsletter. Since it first launched in March 2014, the site has maintained an average returning visitor base of nearly 90 percent.
