There are plenty of benefits that go along with working for an international company. APCO Worldwide lets employees take advantage of its offices spread over 30 countries by offering the Global Employee Scholarship Program, through which recipients spend two to four weeks working in any one of APCO’s offices worldwide.
APCO is fortunate to have employees that are immensely loyal to the firm. There are a number of employees that have been with the company for 10, 20 and even 30 years. There are senior leaders that started with APCO as interns or entry-level professionals, clients that were once employees and employees that have “boomeranged” back to APCO after experiencing a new industry.
APCO also recently launched its Leadership Program for top employees who can take external training courses at leadership centers, and participate in international assignments. Through international assignments, employees are given opportunities to work on-site at a client or APCO office for six months or more.
