Wherever they come from, CEOs and other decision-makers are
turning into regular Webheads, according to a recently released
survey conducted by Mindshare Internet Campaigns LLC with readers
of NYTimes.com. Nearly all of the respondents, working for the
government, a Fortune 500 company, in law or in lobbying, reported
accessing a newspaper's Web site on a daily basis; 90% report
having recently forwarded an online news story to a friend or
colleague. Indeed, the table below shows that opinion leaders and
decision-makers use the Web for more than just reading the
headlines.
