Web Techniques magazine, a monthly title from CMP, changes its name--and content--to
reflect a changing audience. The new pub, New Architect, will enter the popular
business-IT integration arena with news and information for technology execs
engineering their companies' e-business platforms. New Architect will be unveiled
in March with in-depth information on selecting and integrating Internet and
