Has the Clinton crisis been covered too much, or not enough? Opinions flared last week at a Washington, D.C. forum where major media movers like Newsweek Investigative Reporter Michael Isikoff and David Maraniss, of the Washington Post went head to head with Ann Lewis, director of communications for the White House.

"The press has done a good job, an accurate job and a better job of covering the Lewinsky crisis," Isikoff said.

"Better than what?" asked Lewis.

"Than other political scandals," he retorted.

Said Lewis: "I've heard of grading on a curve, but that's ridiculous."
